Submission Guidelines:
- Format: Please provide high-resolution files in formats such as .PNG, .JPEG, or .AI.
- Deadline: Ensure your artwork is submitted within 24hours.
- Ownership: You must own the rights to the artwork you submit.
Important Note:While we strive to use your artwork as submitted, any modifications or adjustments to meet our production standards may incur an additional fee.

Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the production process has begun, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To expedite the process, please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Photographic evidence
