- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order number.
- Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after review.
5. Alcohol Sales (Liquor Licence 36313142)
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic):
- You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcohol.
- By purchasing alcohol through our website, you confirm that you are 18+ years old.
- Alcohol will only be delivered to a person aged 18 years or over and may require ID upon delivery.
- Alcohol may be supplied as part of gift hampers that include food or non-alcoholic items of equal or greater value.
- Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended – someone over 18 must be present to receive the order.
- It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 years of age. Penalties apply.
6. Product Descriptions
- We aim to ensure all product details, images, and prices are accurate.
- Please note that slight variations may occur due to screen resolution or manufacturing differences.

All logos, product names, images, and content on this site belong to Merch by Selena and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Order Cancellations:If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the production process has begun, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to your order.
